2 Rooms Available on Monks Road for 2027-28 🏠

Hi! We’re a group of 4 uni housemates looking for 2 extra housemates to join us in our 6-bedroom house on Monks Road the 2027-28 academic year.

Two of our current housemates are sadly moving out for placement years/years abroad, so we’re looking for some new people to fill their rooms!

A bit about us:
We’re 2nd year History/Law/Maths students and are all very sociable. We all enjoy going out to the pub, but we also appreciate everyone having their own space and getting on with uni work. We’re looking for people who are friendly, respectful and reasonably tidy, and who want a nice balance between being social and doing their own thing.

📍 Location: 25 minute walk from university and 25 minute walk from town centre.
🛏️ Rooms: 3 available
💷 Rent: £195 per week/month + ~£20 bills package
📅 Available: August 2027 – June 2028
🏡 House: Large and completely refurbished 6 bed 3 bath terrace house with separate lounge and separate kitchen/diner. All 2 available bedrooms have double beds, desks and modern furniture. 3 shower rooms + one additional W/C.

We’d ideally like to meet people for a coffee making any decisions, just so everyone can get a feel for whether we'd all get along. All years and courses are welcome!
