Gym, office, Ensuite bedroom SHORT TERM

Just putting feelers out as it's a bit of an unknown!
My ex partner will stay in the house and I am moving out, the house is under offer.
Whilst we don't know how long the chain will take, I am hoping for around 4 months.
Therefore it's not a long term rentable unless the chain collapses!!

The master bedroom has built in wardrobes with light, a tv and en suite. There is an adjacent nursery you could use as a home office. Shared huge kitchen diner extension and lounge.
There is a washing machine and dryer, and a large tropical garden with solar lights throughout, and space to store bikes, surfboards etc.
Parking for 1, tho if more needed there are options.
Rural feel but 5 minutes from Lidl and 10 from m5.
