Double Room with Outdoor Terrace - Bills Inc.

Hi I’m Gemma, and I’m looking for a lodger to take my spare room in Exeter from October ☺️.

It’d be perfect for someone in their 30’s+ looking for a calm and tidy place to call home for 3months+

The flat is walking distance from the hospital, uni, quay and train stations. The room is a furnished double room, including a huge wardrobe and chest of drawers. We’ll share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. All of which have plenty of space for two. There’s a little garden out the front and a patio off your room that you’d be more than welcome to grow things in! On street permit is parking is available, and there’s an outdoor locked shed for bikes.

A little about me - I’m a landscape architect who’d always much rather be outdoors than inside. When I’m not working I’m usually found on the moor, in the mud, or up on the north Devon beaches.

I’ve lived in flat shares for the last 15 years so very happy sharing, but I’m afraid it won’t suit somebody who works remotely full time (I know that’s a pain post Covid) but a day or so a week is fine.

A Monday to Friday let would work too and I’d be happy to chat about price ☺️.

All bills included, and the flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
