I’m looking for a clean, respectful and responsible person to share my fully furnished flat for 4 months while I’m away visiting my family in India.

The bedroom is a compact furnished double room with a king-size bed. The bed takes up most of the room, so there isn’t much additional space for furniture or storage. It would suit someone who is happy with a simple bedroom and can make use of the shared living areas.

The flat is comfortable and well furnished. I moved in earlier this year and bought the beds, mattresses, sofa and other furniture new, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the home with care and keep it clean and tidy.

The kitchen has the main appliances, including a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. Some cooking utensils and personal kitchen items may need to be brought by the person staying.

I currently live here with my 5-month-old baby. I’ll be away for approximately four months visiting family, so the room is available for four months only. A friend will occasionally visit the property while I’m away to make sure everything is okay.
