STUDENT TENANCY TAKEOVER – VITA STUDENT PORTLAND HOUSE, EXETER

Hi! I am looking for a full-time student replacement tenant to take over my studio tenancy at Vita Student Portland House, Exeter from around 10 January 2027. The exact takeover date may be flexible by a few days, subject to agreement with Vita Student.

Room & Studio Details

Room type: Private self-contained en-suite studio

Furnishing: Fully furnished, including a three-quarter bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, storage space and Smart TV.

Kitchen: Your own private kitchen area with hob, microwave oven, sink and fridge/freezer.

Bathroom: Private en-suite with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Vita confirms that all Portland House studios include their own kitchen, en-suite bathroom, study space and storage.

Rent & Contract
Rent: £312.09 per week

Available from: Around 10 January 2027

Contract ends: 4 September 2027

The current tenancy agreement confirms the £15,916.59 total rent and the 4 September 2027 end date.

Tenancy Takeover

This is an official Vita Student tenancy takeover/replacement tenancy – not a sublet.

The replacement tenant will need to be approved by Vita Student and enter into a new tenancy agreement directly with Vita. My existing tenancy remains my responsibility until Vita confirms the replacement has been accepted and the takeover completed.

STUDENTS ONLY: Vita currently requires residents to be full-time students.

Portland House is in Exeter city centre and approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the University of Exeter.

The accommodation includes utility bills, superfast Wi-Fi, 24/7 gym, study spaces, communal areas, weekday breakfast, housekeeping, secure access/CCTV, laundry facilities and an on-site team.
