The house

The ground floor effectively provides your main living space, including your bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

A quiet professional couple live on the upper floors. They both work full time and lead a fairly peaceful lifestyle, so the house generally has a relaxed atmosphere.

The hallway and part of the kitchen also provide access to the garden for the upstairs occupants, so these areas are occasionally passed through. The bedroom, living room and shower room remain your own private spaces.

I mostly live outside the UK but retain a bedroom at the property and stay at the house occasionally.

Garden

There is a large garden at the rear of the property – approximately 20 metres long – with plenty of space to sit outside, have a barbecue or enjoy the garden during the warmer months.

Who we’re looking for
