Studio available at Apollo House, Looe Road, Exeter, from 13 December 2026 until 16 August 2027.

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It would suit January-intake students or anyone who needs a room from the new year. It's student accommodation, so it's only open to students.

Rent is £220 a week with all bills included: electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi. Rent is paid termly. The deposit is £1,100 and is returned at the end of the tenancy. Full-time students are exempt from council tax.

It's about a 15-minute walk to Streatham Campus and St David's station. There's a garden with seating outside, good for sitting out or a picnic. No pets, and smoking is only allowed in the outdoor smoking area.
