The house is a gorgeous Victorian terrace with lots of character, space and storage. It’s been recently renovated, with a modern kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and dining room, and recently redecorated bedrooms. There’s plenty of space to relax, socialise and make yourself at home.
We’re hoping to find someone who’s looking for more than just a room, and who’d enjoy being part of a friendly household. We’re a sociable house who enjoy having a chat, watching movies, going for walks, grabbing a coffee and spending time together, while also respecting everyone’s own space and downtime.

The house is around a 20-minute walk from Exeter city centre and Exeter St David’s train station, with bus services nearby. It’s also close to the Quay, with lovely walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. There’s a great bakery and deli just a five-minute walk away, as well as local amenities including Co-op, Tesco and M&S!

🏡 The room and bills
There are three fully furnished double bedrooms in the house, with two rooms currently available. The available room is a lovely double bedroom overlooking the back garden, with plenty of space to make it your own.
All bills are included in the rent, covering water, gas, electricity and broadband, and also council tax so there’s one less thing to worry about!

We’re ideally looking for a working professional who’s friendly, considerate and sociable, and who’d love to make this house feel like home.
