A compact, furnished room (200 x 250 cm) available in a quiet, relaxed household. The room has a single bed, a small wardrobe and an overbed table that can be used as a desk.

I live with my two friendly dogs, who are always excited to greet people when they arrive but settle down quickly, especially around calm, relaxed people. Anyone comfortable living with dogs would be a good fit.

My daughter is away at university during term time, so the house is generally quiet. I'm experienced in having lodgers and value a peaceful, respectful home where everyone has their own space.

This would suit someone looking for a simple, comfortable base during the working week rather than a busy social household. Ideally, you would be independent, considerate and tidy, and appreciate a calm home environment.
