Lovely furnished single room available for the 2027/28 academic year in a welcoming family home, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the University of Exeter and within easy reach of Exeter city centre.

£925 per month with ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

The room also includes use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, along with full use of the kitchen and all its amenities. Everything you need is already here, including plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, cooking utensils, air fryer and everyday kitchen essentials. Towels are also provided.

The bathroom is shared with just one other student, rather than a large student household.

The house is home to myself, my two teenage children and our very friendly Labrador, so it would particularly suit a student looking for a comfortable, friendly and homely environment rather than a large student house.

I am looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate student who will treat the house as their home. It is a non-smoking household and the room is for single occupancy only.
