A lovely, bright and comfortable furnished double room with its own private en-suite bathroom is available in a family home in a quiet and peaceful Close, off road, in St Thomas, Exeter.

The house is in a convenient location, close to Exeter Quay, Cowick Street, the city centre and St Thomas train station.

Use of the open-plan kitchen is included, along with all bills and Wi-Fi.

I'm looking for a considerate, tidy and responsible professional (non-smoker) who works out of the house and someone who would appreciate a comfortable, quiet and relaxed home environment.

You must like cats, I have one older female cat who is very cuddly and friendly. I have two grown up children in their 20's who occasionally visit.

The room is available for a short-term stay, with flexibility around dates and the possibility of extending by mutual agreement.
