The room is a warm light furnished double room, It is a comfortable clean and tidy house; we have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas, once a week. Shared Kitchen, dining room, sitting room and 2 Shower rooms and separate WC.. Gas central heating, hot water at all times. There is BT broadband. Side entrance allows easy access to gated sunny courtyard.
You would be sharing with Marta Anamika and Dunja they all work full time and are in their thirties
The rent is £450 pcm this includes water rates council tax and cleaners wages. It is payable by standing order on the 1st of each month. A £450 deposit is payable and references are required.
Shared bills extra to the rent each month are gas ,electricity and BT broadband. and are approximately £75 pm per person
We are looking for someone in full time employment who is a non smoker. Preferably staying longer than 6 months. viewings on request
