It's on the first floor, in a well-maintained 3-bedroom house in a brilliant location in Newtown, it has a nearby Waitrose, and is just 10-mins walk to the city centre, hospital, and 2-mins to St. Lukes campus, etc.
The rent includes ALL bills, including the WiFi.
Everything is included in the rent. (except for a parking permit, if needed, which is obtainable from the council).
The rent is £499.00 per month, and the deposit is £400.00.
You will be sharing with myself (landlord), and another lodger, and also a cat called Senna.
The room is for a minimum 3-months term.
Non-smoker.
