The available room is a small double overlooking the garden. It has a good size wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, etc. Words such as cosy or compact best describe the room. It has everything a room should have but could never be described as spacious. That is reflected in the rent. The rest of the house more than makes up for it with great communal space, parking, garden and garage. Really nice housemates and super convenient location.

The rent is £590 per calendar month.
It includes council tax (band E) , gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence.
