The ideal housemate will be a graduate professional or post grad student aged between 22 and 29. Someone who is sociable and respectful of their housemates. Ideally working conventional hours. Either male or female would be welcome.

The available room is a small double overlooking the garden. It has a good size wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, etc. Words such as cosy or compact best describe the room. It has everything a room should have but could never be described as spacious. That is reflected in the rent. The rest of the house more than makes up for it with great communal space, parking, garden and garage. Really nice housemates and super convenient location.

The rent is £500 per calendar month.
It includes council tax (band E) , gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence.
