Double room available from September 2026 in quiet friendly household.

Mature student or working professional preferred.

Room is £595 per calendar month (all bills included) or £565 if you are council tax exempt. Different rentals negotiable if you have different circumstances or part time requirements.

My house is on a main road into Exeter with good pedestrian, rail and bus access to the city centre, RD&E Hospital, Met Office, Exeter University (both campuses).

Permit parking is also available for on street parking (Costs about £30 a year).

Council tax band C and included as part of rent.

The house is two mins walk from Polsloe Bridge station.

The bedroom is at the back of the house, neutrally decorated and furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and wardrobe.

I am a live-in landlady and work for the NHS (currently working mostly from home). I also teach dance two nights a week. I like a nice glass of wine and a chat in the eve but no wild parties... Quiet and friendly housemate preferred. I am out a couple of evenings a week.

I have a four-legged housemate (greyhound), so you must be okay sharing your living space (and sofa!) with a large but gentle dog. A dog sitter visits whilst I am out at work.

There is an aerial connection in the room if you want to bring your own telly. I have freeview and broadband, included with rent.
