Furnished double room in modern townhouse situated within a two-minute walk from Exeter's bustling quayside with lots of bars, restaurants and watersports facilities, and a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The room is in a shared house with two other girls and a part-time live-in landlady who will spend one or two nights mid-week in the property and be away at weekends. Suitable for someone looking for a chilled-out and pleasant environment to live in. We'd prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female.

Broadband, washing machine, shared use of kitchen, lounge with TV (Freeview), conservatory, and small private garden. All bills, council tax and broadband are included. There is a garage for storing a bike if needed.
