We live in a lovely quiet location. It’s well connected - 5 minutes walk from Digby station, and a direct bus route to town. Park n Ride bus to RD&E hospital also under 5 minutes walk. We’re on the M5 side of town. Ideal for the MET office, Pynes Hill and Sowton - all walking distance. RD&E hospital is about 30 minutes walk.
We have a large kitchen with a table, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, lots of fridge and freezer space and use of all kitchen equipment and dinnerware. The only thing you need to bring is your own mug, and your own bedding. There’s a washing machine too.

We have a nice sized garden and patio, it’s really peaceful. There’s a washing line.

Off street parking is available.


We have a friendly, quiet, clean and tidy household. It’s homely. I’m a ‘live in’ land lady but work away during the week, home most weekends. There are 2 other housemates.
