I have my bedroom/bathroom/snug on the 2nd floor.

V large kitchen with range cooker American style fridge/freezer, Utility room (no dryer) w/machine, micro, small decked court yard garden. Garden has furniture for the summer BBQ's. I'm easy
going and into sailing/surfing/rugby/fitness
