Lodger wanted for house in Heavitree, Exeter

We are a couple who have a 9 yer old daughter who lives with us half the time. She is lovely, respectful, used to lodgers, she sleeps like a log, and her room is in the attic, so no need to worry about tip-toeing around after 8pm!

Our house is a mid-terrace victorian 3 bed, and it backs onto a primary school. This means that we effectively have no neighbours after 4pm. The road is really friendly and is a dead end, so it is quiet. We are walking distance from the city centre, train stations etc and are a stones throw from a massive park. We also have a really lovely garden which isn't massive, but is southwest facing.

We love dogs and will consider yours, although we prefer dogs who sleep downstairs.

We both work, although my partner works at home sometimes and I work at night sometimes, so we would ideally like someone who either works during the day, or is able to respect that we need a really quiet house sometimes during the day. The rest of the time, you can turn the music up! When we are not busy being quiet, we are very chatty and social and love hosting dinner parties or going out.

The room comes with a bed/mattress, chest of draws, and a large mirror. We could also give you a clothes rail if you would like. It will be freshly painted for you, most likely white unless you have any objections!
