There is plenty of space, 2 lounges, kitchen/diner and outside furniture in summer to be shared with just myself.
The house is modern and contemporary and kept tidy and clean, I have a cleaner who comes in regularly. The heating is on 24/7 so the house is always warm.

Large country park on the doorstep with lovely walks.
