Double room in quie friendly Exeter Victorian home

Hello

I have a double room to let Mon to Fri in my friendly, peaceful home.

Shared living space and bathroom with myself and a fostered rather sweet cat.

I work at the hospital - a 10 min cycle or 20(ish) min walk. Easy access to M5 and airport, buses and 3 min walk to Polsloe Bridge train station (noise not a problem). I have a garage but currently used for bikes etc and access for a car not easy. On street parking is now permitted but easily sorted and £30 annually.

I have a small garden that has been mostly used for growing veg and herbs so room to sit but not much else.

A bit about me to see if I meet your criteria :) - I like walking, cycling, yoga, swimming, cooking, outdoor pursuits, health and wellbeing, a bit of crafts when I get time and lead a fairly peaceful existence - I like/need night time z's and am currently studying outside of work so would not best suit a frequent party animal(!) or someone loud/not respectful of this.
