Two double bedrooms in a house in Pinhoe

We are a friendly family (English & Bulgarian)who is looking for two lodgers to rent our spare bedrooms.

We live in a four bedroom house in Pinhoe, Exeter and
are renting out two double bedrooms( one is really large) The house
is perfectly situated with easy access to the M5, airport, science park, Met office, Sowton industrial estate, LIDL and Amazon warehouse and is a short walk from Pinhoe train station (10 min) and bus stops. There are 3 superstores (Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Aldi).
There is lots of On street parking available so parking is not really a problem .
The rooms are homely, a good size and fully furnished.
Bedding, towels and tv can be provided by request.
Both rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only, no couples
Both lodgers Share the family bathroom (we have en-suite), The share areas are kitchen/diner, garden, downstairs loo.

You are welcome to use our kitchen pots and bits but one of the important house rules is that you should leave the kitchen as you found it - clean and tidy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE ROOM IS AVAILABLE NOW from 13th January 2025( brown room)

We do have two cats but no other pets.

We are looking for friendly, clean and tidy lodgers. This is a family home and potential lodgers will need to be mindful that others in the house work a variety of shifts including nights and early mornings.
