10 min walk to town centre & train & bus station. 15 mins walk to the lovely Sandy beach. Half an hour drive to Exeter.
I am only looking for Monday to Friday lodgers (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs nights) as this fits best with my family arrangements.
