Cottage bedroom & outbuilding to let

Hello!

I have a Double room available in my cosy, three bedroom house with garden and summer house (for use as separate living space) and I will be the only other person living here. I'm flexible and open to part time lets and ideally looking someone who needs a room temporarily, but open to long term.

Animals welcome. I have an adorable cat who loves most dogs! As much as I love larger dogs, my home is small and so it may not be suitable.

Buses to Exmouth and Exeter stop right outside and there's always on street parking available. The bedroom is furnished, but I can be flexible if you have your own.

I work Mon-Fri 9-5 at home or out locally. I keep the house clean and tidy and like spend time outdoors, seeing friends etc. I'm away some weekends.

I cook a bit at home and it would be nice to share dinner and glass of wine from time to time. Ideally someone who doesn't mind an evening in front of Netflix.
