Cosy cottage bedroom to let

Hello!

I have a Double room available in my cosy, three bedroom house with garden and I will be the only other person living here. I'm flexible and open to part time lets and ideally looking someone who needs a room temporarily. For the right person I can offer up to a few months.

Animals welcome. I have an adorable cat who loves most dogs! As much as I love larger dogs, my home is small and so it may not be suitable, unless it's short term.

Buses to Exmouth and Exeter stop right outside and there's always on street parking available. The bedroom is furnished but I can be flexible if you have your own.

I work Mon-Fri 8-5 mostly at home. I keep the house clean and tidy and like spend time outdoors, seeing friends etc. I'm away at weekends at least once a month.

I cook a bit at home and it would be nice to share dinner and glass of wine from time to time. Ideally someone who doesn't mind an evening in front of Netflix.
