The house benefits from being very close to the estuary cycle track with easy access to town, a bus stop across the road linking to Exeter and a short distance to both Lympstone and Exmouth train stations.
We have a double driveway (plus free street parking), log burner, a garage and large garden with beautiful estuary views.
Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining room with sofa, living room, hallway and washing/utility space.
I live with my partner, we are laid back, enjoy sports and the outdoors and looking for a like-minded, sociable tenant for short-term let, extensions maybe considered for the right person on a rolling contract.
It is important to us that we get the right person who respects the living space and is a good personality fit :)
