Good size double room in brixington Exmouth. Pub and shops all very close. Off road parking if required. Must be pet friendly as I have a 10 month old Fox Red Labrador (basil) and 2 cats (nelly and lana). Would consider someone with a dog or a cat if I thought it would work in the house.
Bus stop directly outside house on the 57 route to Exeter.
