Double room in lovely flat near the sea

Bedroom

I have 1 double bed room available in my flat which is located very close to the seafront (around 200m).

The room is furnished with a bed and space for hanging clothes and drawers, lamps and soft furnishings if you would like them. I can also provide bedding etc. if needed.

Bills are included, included fast wifi.

I am a professional living along and occasionally have a dog to stay. I generally work from home in the week, and evenings and weekends I tend to be in and out either cooking, watching TV or out with friends. I am looking for someone who is clean and wants live in Exmouth with a housemate where we might spend time together sometimes but there is no pressure to if we are busy.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared with me. There is plenty of space and it is a nicely decorated flat.
