Lovely peaceful double room, which is an annexe to house so quiet with no one above or attached to your room other than a wetroom-shower .. wi-fi fibre optic broadband, 32 inch Smart TV provided, large shower room just refurbished next to you, your own seperate kitchen and washing machine, dryer etc. Bus stop, postbox outside, small shopping centre - tesco express nearby. I am easy going as is my wife - smoking outside in covered garden area if you do...we live clean and tidy and expect same from lodger.
Street Parking is easy. spacious and well furnished room, Working folk preferred, please. Bus stop outside if you need public transport ..local shops 10 mins walk.
We all get on well and also respect our own spaces.
- Quality living as you will discover. I and my partner are live in landlords but the lodging area is totally seperate and self sufficient. You have your bathroom and kitchen to share with one other lodger only who lives in the detached garden room
