The house is a shared house and is situated in Exmouth. It is a large room and the rent is £570 a deposit will be required for the same amount, returnable when you leave. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, also a separate bathroom and shower room, in the kitchen there is a dishwasher of which I supply dish washer tablets, I also supply coffee tea and sugar, all crockery and cutlery and pans etc, also kitchen roll, black bags, dish cloths and washing up liquid, hand soap plus toilet rolls. There is a cleaner that comes in to clean the communal areas. Although you would be expected to help with emptying bins and dish washer and generally keeping the house clean and tidy. All bills are in included and there is WiFi I am a live out Landlady let me know should you be interested in a viewing. The room is available at the beginning of April.
