Annex Layout
It is over two floors, has a small functional kitchen, living room on the first floor, a spiral staircase to the second which has a QUEEN sized bed and en-suite. The annex is part of our family home but you have your own access.
The annex is furnished with a washing line at the side of the property and space for a bike.

As the annex is part of our family home we would want someone that is respectful of this and who keeps noise down in the evenings.

Other tenant requirements
You must be happy to park away from the property as the space outside is used and we wish to maintain good relationships with our neighbours. But there is plenty of on street parking nearby.
