Fully furnished double bedroom

Four bedroom house, very close to city centre and St David’s train station. The rooms are fully furnished with solid oak furniture, new beds and mattresses and both have a tv. There is a shared bathroom and a separate WC on the same floor as the bedrooms, and one room has access to a private balcony. Brand new kitchen with large oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room needs work, it is clean just in need of some decoration. I have a cat who really doesn’t know that the whole house isn’t hers, so you must love her or at least be nice to her haha. I work full time so I’m not home during the day and I work every Saturday.
