Current house is myself (British); a work from home software developer, and a long term lodger - a very mature, polite, friendly 21 year old from India who is a recent graduate and now paralegal in the city.
We are both working professionals who are either don't drink, or rarely ever drink. So this would suit somebody who values a clean, peaceful home. Students welcome on that basis.
