Double ensuite room close to beach

I have a double en suite room available in a quiet cul de sac minutes from the sea.

The shared kitchen is well equipped , large and bright with sea views. The rooms are furnished and there is a double bed, matching wardrobe , chest of drawers and side table.

There are all the usual shared amenities, washing machine , fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc and separate cupboard space available for your food etc.

A cleaner comes regularly to the house to clean the shared areas though it is your responsibility to
keep your room & bathroom clean and tidy, clean up properly after meals, etc. ready for others to use.

There are front and back gardens for enjoying the sunshine.

There is ample parking on the quiet road outside the house.

The area is quiet and a few minutes from the beach and Paignton town centre, walking or driving. It is close to bus routes, Paignton train station, the south west coast path, Clennon gym and leisure centre, Goodrington and Paignton beach and harbour.

It is a peaceful and quiet house with working occupants so am looking for full time working professional to fit in with the rhythm of the house.

Single occupancy only and no overnight visitors.

I like to get outdoors as much as possible, and tend to be fairly busy so I would like a lodger who has their own social circle/ activities outside of the house/ enjoys their own company- but would be happy to hang out in each other’s company if we are both around!

Bills are included on a ‘Reasonable and fair use basis.
