Room Looking For Lodger

🏡 Lodger wanted for a busy, working household in a family home. This is a drug-free property and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Applicants must like dogs 🐶, as they are very much part of the household.

👔 This would suit a reliable, full-time working professional who is used to living in an organised, working home. The lodger will have their own kitchen with a shared bathroom. All bills are included 💡🔥📶.

❄️ During the winter months I am rarely at home due to work commitments, so I require someone who is independent, sensible, and capable of managing on their own without constant input. This is not suitable for anyone who is disorganised, frequently loses keys 🔑, struggles to manage their finances, or brings unnecessary issues to the property (including debt collectors).

☀️ During the summer months, when work is quieter, it would be nice to enjoy the company of the lodger in a respectful, adult manner. This setup would particularly suit someone who is focused, stable, and looking to save towards their own home 🏠, rather than a chaotic or party-style living arrangement.
