This is not suitable for anyone who is disorganised, frequently loses keys 🔑, struggles to manage their finances, or brings unnecessary issues to the property (including debt collectors).
☀️ During the summer months, when work is quieter, it would be nice to enjoy the company of the lodger in a respectful, adult manner.
