Welcome to my ad. I am looking for someone who I can trust to share my lovely little home.

Must like kitties. Must be clean and tidy.

I work away for 4 out of 7 days per week, so the house will essentially be yours for most of the week. I'd like to meet before making any formal agreements, as I believe a house share isn't just about the accommodation, but about having a good relationship.

I will add more up to date pictures shortly as I am in the process of redecorating the spare room. I have added a few pictures to give you an idea of what the place looks like. If you want to see it in person, please let me know.

I'd potentially be open to giving up my room, which is also a double bedroom and furnished, with a private ensuite shower/toilet room. It'd be slightly more than the fee but we can discuss in person if you are interested. You'd have a view of the garden from this room.
