First Floor Flat with own bathroom and lounge

My property is split into two levels, I, the landlord, live downstairs and the flat is on the first floor.
It consists of its own entrance, a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with bath and a shower cubicle and a lounge/kitchen.
There is an outside laundry room solely for the use of the flat resident.
Wi-Fi included as well as Netflix and Prime TV.

The flat comes fully furnished and was, until recently, run as a successful holiday let.
The best part of the flat is that has magnificent country views.

I am looking for a quiet individual, preferably female, who is independent and respectful to my home.

I have a corgi cross dog who can occasionally be nervous and reactive with other dogs and cats and so I have to stipulate no pets.

The location is a rural village east of Axminster on the Devon/Dorset border. There is no public transport, so you must have your own vehicle

Please note: The flat does have some restricted headroom areas.
