Newly decorated double room with new bed and mattress.

We’re looking for one person to join our household, must clean up after themselves and be good with dogs as we have rescues who can be anxious around people at first.

We have a shared craft space and additional storage space in the front room, many books you can peruse, netflix and amazon prime on a 65 inch TV in the communal lounge.

The room will fit a desk and chest of drawers easily. I have wall mounted hanging rails to go up in the room too.

Smokers/vapers will need to smoke outside in the garden. Bring a dog if you have one and it’s well behaved/quiet.

Parking can be a pain some of the time but there are some spaces on the street available.

£475 is all inclusive for the room and also includes loo roll and washing tabs for laundry.

The house is regularly cleaned by me but I do ask that you tidy up after yourself, especially with dishes and laundry and in communal areas.

Honiton is a nice town with lots of locally owned shops and a train station only 10 mins walk from the house.

Exeter is a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic and the beach is just 20mins away.
