Available from January 2026, I have a spare double room available to let in my 3 bedroom detached home in Honiton. The house is 20 years old and is well insulated, spacious and comfortable with a garden to the rear and off road car parking at the front.

The room is ideally suitable for weekday lodgers working away from home or for full week/short term let for people relocating to Exeter/Devon area.

The bedroom available has a double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a bathroom upstairs with a large bath/shower available for your sole use.

Downstairs there is a large open plan living/dining room and separate kitchen.

The house is within 10 minutes walk of Honiton town centre with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The train station is just 7 minutes walk from the house. Honiton Leisure centre is a 5 minute car drive.

Rent would be increased for a full week let to £700 pcm. Bills are included, (including council tax, - tax band D).
