Hi. I have a double room for rent with it's own bathroom and parking space, close to the water and lovely walks to nearby beaches. The tenant must be clean, respectful and considerate of noise.
I am a very active female who loves being outdoors and am an early riser. I'm friendly, considerate, easy to live with and I take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy and a positive environment. While I am sociable and always happy to chat, I also respect others’ privacy and appreciate having my own quiet time too.
I work shifts therefore unfortunately someone who works from home will not be considered.
I love animals and will consider a dog or cat on the condition they are cleaned up after.
There is currently a small double bed in the room to allow for other furniture and your own bedding must be provided.
Couples/Smokers/vapers will not be considered.
