This room is large, light, well equipped and has a great feel. It is a 15 mins drive from Derriford and within walking distance of the moors. There is a sink in the room and you will have shared use of the bathroom on same floor (first floor). I am a full time professional Mum and my 2 adult children live with me. We have a cat and a dog and many welly boots in the porch. The shared kitchen also has a relaxed feel, and is a social room. There are 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 ovens and plenty of cupboard space. The house is opposite the beautiful Horrabridge village park, the pub and the award winning chip shop. We are also next door to the bakers - great for croissants on a Saturday morning. It would be good for a fellow professional, or mature student who enjoys the country - the lovely Dartmoor is on our doorstep - as well as easy access to Plymouth and Tavistock.
