Located on the top floor of a grand Victorian house, the bedroom offers lovely town views and comes with a wardrobe, dressing table, mirror & bedside table There's also a modern shared shower room.

The lounge-diner is a private space with a double sofa, bean bag, table, and chairs. Feel free to add your own TV, pictures, books, or plants for a personal touch.

The large, shared kitchen is equipped with every possible appliance and gadget imaginable as the host, Claire is a keen cook.

Residents can use the on-site gym, featuring a treadmill, cross trainer, punchbag, and weights. On-road parking is available.

All bills are included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license, and internet.

The house is located in the beautiful Torrs Park conservation area, with the South West Coastal Path right behind. It's a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 5-minute walk to the High Street and supermarket. The bus stops to and from Barnstaple are a 3 minute walk away.

There's extra storage for a bike, surfboard, or sports gear.

Hosts Claire and her partner, along with one other lodger, offer a friendly living environment. Claire, an NHS professional, enjoys sea swimming, yoga, and meditation. Often away on holidays or work trips, Claire ensures a quiet atmosphere on the top floor.

No pets, no smoking, employment essential, and references required.

Please note the house has just gone up for sale so only short to medium lets offered at the moment. It will be let on an initial 3 month basis followed by a one month rolling contract, with one month notice required on both sides.
