We are looking for a respectful and friendly person to share our house with, it's too big for just us. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are on the ground floor. TV with FreeSat and wi-fi throughout the house. First floor has one bathroom and one shower room, each with toilet and sink. 1200mm x 900mm large shower. There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor, only one is available. We are on the 2nd floor, with a guest room and our own bedroom. We have central heating and instant hot water from combi boiler. When home, we like cooking, gardening and chilling out. We are a sociable, friendly household and there's often a slice of cake going spare if my wife is baking.
There is a sunny back garden on two levels with small raised bed area for growing veg. It's south facing and the courtyard is a sun trap, 'sun not guaranteed'. There is free parking on the street out the front of house, that's a first come, first served thing. House is very close to Ilfracombe high street, shops, cinema and a short 5 minute walk to the sea front, and it's still quiet. We would like you to be clean, tidy, and respectful. Please note we do not want any smokers or vapers. We look forward to hearing from you.
