- Kind, with good communication skills,

- Respectful and mindful of noise levels, especially after 10 pm.

- Environmentally conscious, with diligence in recycling and mindful resource use, especially regarding water and electricity.

- Ideally sober or a minimal drinker, with no smoking or drug use.

- No pets, please.

- Willing to contribute to household and cleaning efforts.

Living with two others and occasional visits by muself.

Located in Ipplepen which is directly between Totnes, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Dartmoor.

Furnished with a desk and chair, side tables, double bed, storage area and wardrobe
