We are a family home educating our 4 year old daughter. I work from home teaching online fitness and my husband is a builder and landscaper. We have 3 guinea pigs (mostly outdoor) and a cockatiel, as well as an Amazon basin aquarium with lots of fish.

We love movement/ fitness and have a dedicated movement/fitness space as well as a chin-up bar / calisthenics station outside, and gymnastics rings in our hallway.

We have a garden, as well as plenty of off-road parking. We have indoor storage space in the eaves of the house, and some outdoor storage in the carport/garage.

We are looking for 1-2 female housemates, who are kind, tidy, and considerate, and can be a good fit for our family.

We are council tax band C.

We have an upstairs double bedroom (3x3m) and downstairs double bedroom (3 x 3 m) available. They currently have two single beds in each.

Upstairs the beds convert into a chair, and downstairs the beds are bunked.

The bathroom is shared.
