This lovely room has become available for a part time lodger. This is not a full time rental opportunity or suitable for working from home. My previous lodgers have usually stayed Mon - Friday or similar depending on their work in the area.
The house is peaceful, quiet and respectful and the lodger's kitchen offers privacy with everything you need including a new induction hob.
We have both Estuary and rural very whilst being close to Exeter and close to the Exe Estuary cycle path. Previous lodgers have often cycled into the hospital or University for their work. Our nearest station is Starcross but a car essential as we have no local public transport through the lanes.
The high ceiling large bedroom was freshly decorated recently for a Bed & Breakfast business and has an ensuite bathroom with power shower.
Ideal for someone who wants a peaceful base and enjoys Nature and the sea in a clean and tidy home with easy access to all the main roads.
Price has some flexibility depending on how many days per month and the services include:
