Double room available in a spacious 2 bed house. I am travelling to Canada for a year and looking to rent out my furnished bedroom. We have a large garden, separate front room and dining room, Large kitchen and loft space if needed. The bedroom has space for more furniture if needed. There is a border collie dog in the house and we are open to someone bringing a pet (not cat friendly sadly). Location is central to Kingsteignton Town. 2 minute walk from lidl and a bus stop. 25 minute walk to train station and Newton abbot town. Quick access to A38 (under 5 minutes away) road parking or car park (1 minute walk from the house)
