All bills included except for electricity which is £15pw for reasonable usage. Reasonable means the use of hot water.
For showers etc, 2 washing machine loads a week
and lighting, tv, laptop and charging of devices.
The apartment is council tax band b but is is included

I am easy going and live alone with my cat Rosie. I am just off Lee Road so walking distance to Lynton and Lynmouth.

I want you to feel welcome and at home for your period of stay. I offer flexibility as many seasonal workers work late shifts or you may want to go out for socialising.
