This charming ensuite studio type double bedroom includes cooking facilities and is available from end January. It would best suit a professional person or trainee who goes out to work full-time, has an affinity with dogs, and enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside.

(NB: Unfortunately, it is not suitable for shift workers who need to sleep during the day, or for those who work regularly from home.)

Set in beautiful surroundings on the edge of Dartmoor with stunning views everywhere you look, the location provides a perfect refuge to return to every evening. There is a lovely moorland garden to share, together with ample off road parking.

Only a couple of minutes' drive away is the local shop and Post Office in Mary Tavy, and no more than 10 minutes down the road, the bustling market town of Tavistock.

Cleaning, WiFi and all other utilities are included in the cost.

We are 45 minutes drive from Plymouth, an hour from Exeter and a regular bus service runs from Tavistock to Plymouth.
