My name is Julian, I’ve lived in this quiet house in its rural setting with beautiful views over the adjoining fields since 2009 although I'm recently single and I sometimes find it a little too quiet on my own and am happy to share this large property with like minded others.

I work fulltime from home during the day (in a dedicated home office room), with occasional travel away for work during the week and am around most evenings and weekends. But don't let that put you off! I can make myself scarce if you prefer your own company and the house is certainly big enough to live independently without disturbing each other.
