Photos to follow in the next few days. Quirky furnished double room with extra office/tv room/dressing room/hobby room available from 1st Sept. Very large built in wardrobes and shelves. Shared facilities with car enthusiast, horse owning, animal loving owner occupier, elderly Staffordshire terrier and budgie. Large private garden. Sun room. There is a driveway available for vehicle maintenance if required, but not parking. There is safe and freely available road parking virtually opposite. Bus stop immediately outside and within short walking distance to town. Very convenient for corner shop. Rent to include all utilities on a fair use basis, and CT. This room would suit someone clean and tidy but not obsessive as it's an old house with a laid back, relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Must be in full time employment. Would not suit working from home as I already do. Must be able to share with my very old Staffy who's no trouble at all. Prefer someone with a cheerful, positive outlook. This is not a party house, but it's not a library either. I love a bbq and a drink as much as the next person, but no every weekend party animals please. This house is not vegan or vegetarian, and is a smoking house (outside areas). This house does not have an ev charging point and I will not be having one fitted.
